Bradley Myslinski, the President and Owner of Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley, brings more than 25 years of experience managing dynamic teams and grew up in a Property Management family.
Brad’s family built a small property management business in Michigan. His father was the maintenance man and his mom the property manager. He learned the right way to communicate with tenants and valuable lessons on how to improve the value of a home.
Duty calls… Brad spent 21 years in the US Navy with positions ranging from Nuclear Chemist to Helicopter Pilot. Each position had a common thread; people. He became an expert at leading teams and accomplishing missions. Now he brings what he learned to Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley.
Los Angeles Life… Brad came to Los Angeles to teach at the University of Southern California. While there he earned a masters in management consulting and an MBA. To round out his experience he then spent four and a half years in banking. At JPMorgan he learned how to properly manage other people’s money and assets. With his experience managing teams, communicating as a professor and time in finance… he is now ready to serve you!
Why property management? Brad learned a lot from his parents about property management and went on to own several homes himself. Taking what he learned he began to manage his own homes and learned the hard way that when you’re focused on your main ambition and only doing property management part time then it can become a disaster. He hired several terrible property managers before he finally found one that took care him properly. It was like a weight off his chest.
