Meet Victor Hill, President & Owner

Victor HillVictor’s leadership journey began long before real estate. As a former Army Commander and Intelligence Officer, he led units during some of the nation’s most turbulent moments, both domestically and abroad. These experiences honed his operational discipline, strategic thinking, and people-first leadership approach.

Victor also brings a successful entrepreneurial track record to the table. He’s raised capital, led cross-functional teams, and advised on multimillion-dollar government contracts and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
